Take a look at the Drink Drug Hub

This #AlcoholAwarenessWeek, we’re joining our partners across North Yorkshire to promote the Drink Drug Hub – a fantastic site which collates trusted resources, videos, factsheets and information for anyone affected by alcohol use, including  friends and family. Whether you’re struggling with alcohol, wondering if you’re drinking is normal or just looking for ways to support someone close to you, the hub is packed with helpful videos and advice, as well as training courses for professionals.

You can also download factsheets and resources from the official Alcohol Change website, or access more help and support through the NHS Live Well site.

Try the ‘Lower my Drinking’ quiz

Have you ever wondered if your drinking is normal? If you’re worried, try the new Lower My Drinking quiz created by York Drug and Alcohol Service. This quiz offers free health and wellbeing support for residents in York, as well as tailored advice to help you cut down your drinking (if you choose to).
