As part of Spectrum’s 10 year celebrations, Chief Executive, Dr Linda Harris, undertook a ‘10 Peaks In 10 Days’ challenge this summer to raise funds for our chosen charity of the year – Cancer Research UK (CRUK).
Between 18th – 27th June, Dr Linda climbed ten of the most iconic mountains/fells in the Lake District, including Skiddaw, Scafell Pike and Helvellyn. Friends and colleagues joined Dr Linda during her arduous challenge, which has raised £5,000 for CRUK so far.
Memories and photographs of ‘10 Peaks In 10 Days’ have now been compiled into a commemorative booklet, which can be viewed here.
