Helen Richardson, who joined Spectrum Community Health CIC in August last year on an interim basis, will be continuing her current leadership role at the Wakefield-based organisation.
Helen brings with her a wealth of experience from senior roles, in a variety of health and care settings. This includes over 35 years of nursing experience, having worked as a Chief Nurse for both a large NHS Foundation Trust and a Clinical Commission Group (CCG), with prior experience as a Head of Inspection at the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

Helen is passionate about the professional leadership of Spectrum’s nursing and allied health professionals (AHP) workforce, to ensure care is delivered with compassion, embodying the organisation’s vision and values.
She says, “I am delighted to confirm my permanent position at Spectrum and I look forward to continuing to work with the great teams at Spectrum to deliver the best possible care to those who use our services.”
