The plan paves the way forward as Spectrum continues to grow, expanding our existing services and developing innovative new solutions which help us to support the healthcare needs of people in vulnerable situations.

With three strategic ambitions and three supporting enablers as we heard towards 2025, Spectrum is committed to growing our service offering in core areas such as Health & Justice, Substance Misuse and Sexual Health, as well as bring new solutions to the market which tackle health inequalities by helping more people in vulnerable circumstances to access high quality healthcare.

Our strategic ambitions are:

    • Becoming an Employer of Choice
    • Excellence in Care
    • Growth and New Solutions

Dr Linda Harris OBE, Spectrum’s Chief Executive, says,

“In Spectrum, we are committed to delivering high-quality healthcare services which are so vital to our patients. In many areas we work with vulnerable and disadvantaged people, many of whom have struggled to access healthcare services previously. As we continue to grow, we want to make sure we have the best workforce, delivering the best quality services in as many places and ways as possible. We have a strong track record of collaborative delivery and are relentlessly focused on turning the tide and making a tangible difference to those people who experience health inequalities.”

In 2021, Spectrum CIC celebrated 10 years as a social enterprise working with vulnerable people. You can read more our achievements in our Impact Report.
